Our praline recipes are the pride and joy of our Manufacture, yet they remain one of Switzerland’s most closely-guarded secrets. Our signature pralines draw their inspiration from our great classics and highlight the essence of Favarger’s expertise as the undisputed reference in Swiss chocolate. We create our chocolates using natural ingredients of the noblest quality that are carefully selected and preferably of Swiss origin. The outstanding qualities of our pistachio praline were honored in 2015 with the world’s most prestigious award: the International Chocolate Awards Gold Medal.
